L'Oreal Blond Studio 9 Multi-Techniques Lightening Powder 500g is a premium bonder-containing lightening powder that can effectively lighten hair up to 9 levels. It is suitable for all types of lightening techniques, including open air methods like balayage.

How to use:
- Use exclusively with the recommended L'Oréal Professionnel Oil-Developer, maximum 30 volumes (9%) and the covering accessories indicated.
- Apply Oil-Developer 20 or 30 volumes. Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results.
- Do not exceed the recommended development time and do not apply heat.
