For hair use - mix one teaspoon of black seed oil with three teaspoons of carrier oil and work into your scalp

For skin use - You can also add 2 drops to your regular face cream as a daily moisturising treatment. 

Do not exceed 1 teaspoon of black seed oil daily

We recommend consuming 1/2 a teaspoon of black seed oil once per day. 2-3ml of our extra strong black seed oil

If applying to hair or skin, we recommend using a 3 parts to 1 ratio with a carrier oil
