The Story

DUST FREE BLEACHING POWDER WITH ACTIVATED CHARCOAL

Ideal for both quick applications and extreme lifting, up to 9 tones. Its impressive lifting power helps you achieve excellent results, starting from even the darkest bases, while to­tally respecting the hair structure. Thanks to the neutralizing effect of charcoal, it prevents orange and yellow tones and allows you to create cold blondes in a single step. The PLEX technology (Polyamino Sugar Condensate) protects at the same time the hair fiber which appears perfectly intact and compact after bleaching.

How to use: 

Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 vol) in a non-metallic bowl until creamy. Apply to dry, unwashed hair for 20-60 minutes, checking regularly to monitor lift up to 9 levels.
