How to use: 

1. Place: Slide one paper over the ends of a hair section (make sure the paper extends slightly past the hair tips to prevent frizz).
2. Roll: Wrap the hair and paper together around your perm rod.
3. Apply: Saturate with perm solution; the paper stays strong and won't rip while wet.
4. Toss: After the perm is finished, slide them off and throw them away
