Mixing Ratio:
Mix 1 part Color Touch with 2 parts Color Touch Emulsion (1.9% or 4%).

Application:

1. Wear suitable gloves.

2. Apply with an applicator bottle or brush and bowl.

3. Apply the mixture to pre-shampooed, towel-dried hair, working evenly from roots to ends.

Development Time:
• Without heat: 20 minutes (15 minutes after a perm or straightening service)
• With heat: 15 minutes (10 minutes after a perm or straightening service)
